Our marketing commitment to our beLOVED Vendors, we promote the event through radio, newspaper and social media! In addition a direct mailing will go out to over 50,000 homes, as well as invites sent to more than 400 Interior Designers and Homebuilders. 


Booth & Table Information

BOOTH SPACES

  • Booths shapes can vary.

  • You may purchase more than one booth.

  • Payments are nonrefundable for any reason.

  • Table rental is available for an additional fee.

  • Only one vendor per booth is allowed.

TABLE SPACES:

  • Table spaces are 30 inches by 8 feet.

  • Payments are nonrefundable.

  • Only one vendor per table space is allowed.

  • All products must be displayed on top of the provided table.

BOOTH & TABLE 3-DAY RENTAL FEES

  • Tables Spaces with 8ft table and chair - 3 day total 75.00 60.00

  • Booth 10’ x 10’ with Wall - 3 day total 210.00

  • Booth 15’ x 15’ with Wall - 3 day total 325.00

  • Corner Booth 10’ x 20’ with two walls - 3 day total 285.00

  • Electricity Fee - 3 day total fee 30.00 (very limited)

  • Booths only, need to rent a 8' Table - 3 day total fee $8

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • All Spaces include liability insurance, parking, event digital artwork, postcards, and updates.

  • Vehicle/trailer overnight parking is available. It’s an unsecured lot.

  • For pre-packaged handmade items, such as jams and candy, they must be homemade by the vendor and have the appropriate health permits and insurance.

  • Staff is onsite to help move large or heavy peices on and off the market floor. Vendor Move-in is Fri. 6/17, 7am-3pm, Vendor Move-out is Sun. 6/19, 2pm-6pm.

We’ve created a fun promotion to encourage our shoppers to visit your booth and shop, shop, shop.
All Vendors are asked to participate in our Shopper’s LOVE Tokens Promotion.

Here’s how it works. Each day of the event we will be doing giveaways including $10 and $20 shopping tokens. Lucky shoppers who win a token and will be able to redeem it for a discount off their purchase at any booth of the shopper’s choosing. At end of the event venders turn in any tokens received, and Vintage LOVE will reimburse you in dollars for 80% of the amount of the token(s).

Example: A shopper redeems a $10 token as a part of their purchase at your booth we reimburse you $8. Only one token per winner. A total of fifteen $10 tokens and twelve $20 tokens will be awarded during the 3-day event.
